What is the Evaporative Air Coolering?

See how evaporative air coolering can make a difference in your environment. Whether industrial, commercial or residential, it is possible to improve air quality with low electrical consumption.

Evaporative air coolering provides a cool and comfortable environment in a sustainable way. Unlike conventional air conditioning systems, which consume a lot of energy, generating from air dehydration, evaporative air coolering uses water evaporation to cool the air efficiently.
In this process, water is evaporated in a special panel, resulting in a significant reduction in room temperature, this cold, humidified air is blown into the room. In addition to cooling the air, evaporative air coolering also humidifies and filters, removing impurities and improving the quality of the air we breathe;
The benefits of this technology go beyond thermal comfort. Evaporative air coolering brings important benefits to the environment:

By opting for evaporative air coolering, you will be investing in an efficient and sustainable system. Enjoy a cool, comfortable and healthy environment while contributing to the protection of our planet.

How the Evaporative Air Cooler works?

In the CLIMABRISA evaporative air cooler, water is thrown onto the evaporative panel, made of cellulose, wetting its entire surface. A small part of the water is consumed by evaporation, and the excess is collected in a tray installed at the bottom of the refill, from where it is released again, using a hydraulic pump, continuing the evaporative process.

The evaporative air cooler Climabrisa works as follows:

  1. The external air is captured by the device.
  2. Water is poured into the evaporative panel through a hydraulic pipe.
  3. The evaporative panel, made of cellulose fiber, reduces the air temperature by up to 12°C when it comes into contact with its humidified surface.
  4. Excess unevaporated water is stored in a reservoir and pumped back into the pipeline, where it is reused.
  5. The fan captures this air and releases it into the room.
  6. The air, now with a lower temperature, humidified and with a higher oxygenation rate, is blown into the environment, promoting a constant exchange of air.

How does it work in the environment?

The operation of CLIMABRISA evaporative air coolers is simple, it happens naturally, thus providing great savings in electrical energy and low maintenance:

  1. The outside air is generally free from contamination and has a higher oxygenation rate than inside the room. This air is captured by the CLIMABRISA Evaporative Air Cooler, cooled, humidified and blown into the room;
  2. The treated air is introduced into the environment, forcing particles with impurities and high temperatures towards the air outlets;
  3. Through openings (windows, doors, exhaust fans) the air will be forced out. This simple and natural process guarantees constant air renewal, thus allowing a much more pleasant environment.
